Who I am
This site is run by Katarzyna Dywanski (Mentre Sei Via), an individual business registered in Italy under P. IVA 01750940551, based in the province of Terni, Umbria. You can reach me through the contact form on this site or by WhatsApp.
What I collect
When you use the contact form, I receive the name, email address and any details you choose to send. This site collects nothing else about you — no accounts, no tracking profiles.
How the form works
The contact form is delivered by Formspree (Formspree Inc., United States), which forwards your message to me by email. Your message is processed under Formspree’s own privacy policy.
Analytics
I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits in aggregate. It is privacy-first: it sets no cookies and does not collect any personal data, so this site shows no cookie banner.
Fonts
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when a page loads. No cookies are set and nothing else is shared.
Why I use your data
I use your details only to reply to your enquiry and arrange the service you ask about. I do not sell or share them, and I do not send marketing without your consent.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to help you, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete the data you’ve sent — just get in touch. You also have the right to complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (the Italian data-protection authority).
Guest data (co-hosting clients)
If you engage my co-hosting service, any guest identity data required for the police register is processed under a separate written agreement, as the law requires.
